ordering process
When you have found the product you want, you can add it to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the 'Add to shopping cart' button. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the 'View shopping cart' button. You can remove products from your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'Recycle bin' symbol. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Please then enter your details. The mandatory details are marked with an *. Registration is offered but is not required. Your data will be transferred. Now select the shipping and payment method. After entering your data, please check your entries again. Click on the 'Submit order' button to complete the ordering process. The process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser window. If you have created a customer account, you can view your customer data at any time under 'Your Account'. The order data will be sent to you by email. After the order has been completed, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.
General
Our general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Any regulations of the contractual partner that deviate from these are hereby expressly rejected. Additional agreements must be confirmed in writing by Blue Corner. Furthermore, Blue CORNER is entitled to change or supplement the general terms and conditions, including any possible attachments, at any time with an appropriate period of notice.
Orders received before this date will be processed according to the old General Terms and Conditions that are still valid at that time.

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Send order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will follow immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days.

shipping and transport
Goods that are in stock will be dispatched immediately, at the latest within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Claims for damages due to delay or impossibility or non-fulfillment, including those that arose before the contract was withdrawn, are excluded. Blue CORNER cannot be held liable for problems with the transport service provider regarding delivery. Unless a legal representative of Blue CORNER acted intentionally or with gross negligence. We deliver with DHL. The goods must be checked for damage upon receipt. The shipping packages are sealed with packing tape. This tape must be intact upon delivery. In the event of transport damage, please contact the deliverer immediately.
Delivery to other European countries takes 1-3 working days. The applicable sales tax is included in the shipping costs.
Shipping to Switzerland takes place within 1-3 working days.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods.
Following the reform of the right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts, the costs of return after withdrawal are to be borne by the buyer.
Please note that product packaging, such as protective bags for shoes, belts and bags, as well as high-quality shoe boxes, are part of the ordered goods. If this product packaging is not returned when the goods are returned, this can lead to a significant deterioration of the goods. In these cases, Blue Corner reserves the right to demand the return of the product packaging or to claim compensation.
WarrantyThe warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. For all defects that occur during the statutory warranty period of two years from delivery, you have the statutory right to subsequent performance (at your option: removal of the defect or new delivery) and - if the statutory requirements are met - the statutory rights to reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation. If we become aware of a complaint, we always endeavour to avoid disputes and to resolve complaints quickly and easily.
