It's a shame that you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us. Of course, you can exercise your right of withdrawal in this case. We are also happy to help with guarantee or warranty cases. Please send us an email or call us within 14 days of receiving the purchased item(s). The buyer is responsible for the return.
Please note: If the goods are used, worn, washed or damaged, Lieblingsteil Blue Corner is not obliged to take back or exchange the goods.
- The items must be returned to us in pristine condition, so please return the items in the same condition as you received them
- Labels and seals must not be removed
- Shoes and sneakers should be tried on on a clean surface (e.g. carpet) if possible
- Products delivered in custom-made packaging must also be returned in this packaging, as the packaging is part of the article
Please think about the environment and try to avoid returns. Especially in the area of accessories, scarves, shawls, etc., the images are shown as true to the original as possible in order to exclude returns as far as possible.The average processing time for a return is around 4 working days. If everything is correct with the return, we will refund you the amount. The refund will be made in the same way as you paid.If you have any questions or are unclear about the return, please contact us by email or telephone.
Please simply put the enclosed invoice back in the package to ensure quick processing.
We will not accept returns that are sent postage due and will return them directly to the sender.
For deliveries that could not be delivered or were not picked up by you or were cancelled after shipping confirmation and are therefore returned to us, we will retain €5.95 for shipping costs within Germany and €13.90 for other European countries when refunding the purchase price; if you paid by credit card, Klarna, or Stripe, we will retain the fees incurred.
